Domesticated Heiress: Re-educated and Returned to the Loving Care of her Guardian

People often enquire as to the ultimate fate of the heroines featured in my (Garth Toyntanen) institutional discipline stories.  Here is one possibilty I like to imagine:  Follow me on Twitter to read more of my thoughts as and when they occur, moment by moment

After Those Admission Procedures - Beyond Those First Few Days

So, there's been quite a lot about admission procedures written here in the past, quite often also referring to the 'Reader's Letters' sections of magazines such as Janus, Whispers, Blushes et al wherein it was frequently the subject of many a stimulating missive.  Obviously the intention is that at some point corporal punishment is to be introduced, if not during the admission procedures themselves (something I prefer to avoid on the grounds of straining plausibility).

But assuming the groundwork has still to be laid down in readiness for the introduction of the cane or the strap - and when that time comes I am of the mind that the subject should be ready to accept such behavioural correction with a high degree of passivity, quite accepting of the legitimacy and definitely not requiring restraint in any manner - the question becomes how to proceed next?  Perhaps by having her suffer, as if by chance, a series of small, apparently unconnected and yet belittling experiences, each seemingly insignificant in itself and yet each gradually chipping away at the subject's self confidence and self esteem?  To be honest, to my mind this sort of subtle, covert approach is best applied in preperation to having the subject admitted - better still, admitting herself, 'voluntarily' - in the leadup and thus BEFORE the admission procedures.

On the other hand, perhaps the best way forward is the more direct approach...  And few photosets manage to illustrate the latter approach as well as those wonderous Nurse Helena pics:  Here's one someone was kind enough to send to me and which seems particularly appropiate to such a disscussion.

By the way: If don't yet already, why not follow me on Tumblr?  I have 813 followers and am aiming for 1000 (not sure why, there's just something satisfying about that neat, round 1000 figure!).  Bye for now!

THE ILLUSTRATED INSTITUTION MOVES ON

From the upcoming illustrated rewritten version of the INSTITUTIONALISED series by GARTH TOYNTANEN, the working title (would you believe): THE ILLUSTRATED INSTITUTION

Yep!  Work is still carrying on with this exciting project, bit by bit.  In the meantime, whenever I am out or travelling I try to put aside some time dedicated to finishing off a bit of writing here and there on the laptop, - even if only while enjoying a cup of coffee - and am hoping soon to start editing together the parts which will go to make up the novel I began way back in the summer of 2014 and which I have mentioned may times before - I just hope it turns out to have been worth all the work; and your wait!  And THAT is part of the reason for all the delays; I am worried about disappointing anybody; SO worried I keep putting off finishing it off!

The latest thing I have been writing kind of overlaps with my last book, ON BECOMING SUBJECT TO MISS SWANLEY'S METHODS (KINDLE edition available on AMAZON - click here!) within which a phone conversation ensues between the eponymous heroine (if that is the right term) and a prospective client.  In the new work we initially look in on the events occurring at the other end of the line at the exact time of that call.

Now: This coming Tuesday I am hoping to cycle down to Brighton from up here in North London and hopefully will stay down there a few days (the nearest thing to a holiday I'm likely to get this year) if I can find a cheap guest house.  So if you will be around in that area and fancy meeting for a pint look for my tweets on Twitter or look to the comments attached to this post.

See you next time!

Governess Psychotherapist – An Early Version. And an Invitation to a Drink

From the upcoming 'THE ILLUSTRATED INSTITUTION' by yours truely, Garth P. Toyntanen.
Admittedly this one still needs a bit of work. The final version will see her wearing a doctor’s white coat open over this outfit which is why the fob watch is a little closer to the centre line then seems natural, an example of a little bit of artistic licence applied to ensure it can be seen under her lab coat.  So it’s an early attempt but I think it captures that sense and feeling of overbearing dominance successfully.  It has been assembled from a number of different photographic sources and even the face and hair contain elements from several different individuals to create a new person who has never actually walked the earth – but we can IMAGINE she has; hey, chaps!  Angela Fox has had a go of putting this figure within one of her computer generated backgrounds, which has proved quite successful and provided yet more food for thought and inspiration, so we’ll have to see where that leads.

I really MUST update this blog more often, but in my own defence I HAVE been incredibly busy with my various projects, what with my giving up one day a week to voluntary physiotherapy work and only having a couple of days a week fully open to do this sort of thing when there are no family members around to shoulder surf.  Today I'm off out for a birthday celebration meal and drink.

My birthday was actually last Saturday but because of various commitments including a medical I was keen to avoid drinking before having, I was forced to postpone things until this weekend which has actually been advantageous since I've been woefully short of cash of late and I like to leave at least one month between drinking sessions anyway.

If you happen to be around in North London feel free to join me - I'm always glad of the company.  Today (after a brief gym session and shower) I'll be starting out briefly in the TOLGATE, the Turnpike Lane Wetherspoons, for a couple of medicinal pints to soothe my nerves before then moving on by tube and bus to the RAILWAY BELLE in New Barnet (also a Wetherspoons establishment).  I'm easy to spot - just look for an old hippy-looking guy with long curly hair sporting bright colours (I DO like bright colours – despite moving into my 60th year).  Tomorrow it might be worth looking for me in either the Tollgate or the Metropolitan, which is the Wetherspoons pub branch situated above the Baker Street tube station and built into the same block, around lunchtime.

A New Blog to Follow - and a New Pic from Yours Truely

Hi folks.  Just a quickie to say I've just stumbled on a sapnking blog new to me - 'Best Spanking Blogs'(click here to visit) or look in my extensive blog list which is situated over in the right hand sidebar (you need to scroll down a ways though - there's a lot of stuff over there!

I'm still struggling with editing a putting together the 'Ordinary House' / 'Twice Kidnapped' thing but meanwhile I've also been putting together more images for my on-going project 'The Illustrated Institution', of which this is the latest.  I've been having difficulty creating the face for this one though, so this probably will not be the final version. I'll be interested in any comments.

I’ve been perusing the ‘net for images of leather skirts and white doctors’ coats to try and create a close up image of the domineering psychotherapist figure, which is how I came upon the above mentioned blog.  I have a distant image of her supervising a toileting session created for me by Angela Fox but for various reasons I don’t think I can put that one to use in the situation I have in mind, but the face has to match that computer-generated image to some degree which means I have to create a composite from features taken from several separate faces, which is actually a very interesting challenge.

The problem I was experiencing with WordPress righted itself and you can now view everything I've ever put out on Tumbler there, plus one or two other things (I may try to archive this site there too at some point - we'll see).

An Important Warning: Thinking of Backing Up Your Tumblr Account by Importing into Wordpress? DON’T!!!

Hi Folks

I know many of you will have Tumblr accounts - and I know many of you who DO will, like me, be becoming increasingly alarmed at the the number of deactivated accounts encountered and be searching for ways to back up your precious Tumblr content.  I also know many of you will likely own - in addition to your Tumblr account - a Wordpress account and will possibly have seen the idea of importing your Tumblr content into Wordpress mooted as a way of creating a quick, clean, backup.  Well, here is an important warning to anyone who has a Wordpress account and is considering backing up their precious Tumblr content by importing it into their Wordpress account - just DON’T!!!

Earlier this morning I decided to try to back up my Tumblr account in just this way, by importing it into my Wordpress account.  All started ok, then after a few minutes the import process ground to a halt and the following message popped up:

"Your site has been suspended from WordPress.com for violating the Terms of Service".

Basically I have now lost my Wordpress account.  Luckily I have never used it much and there was very little on it (I could never quite get to grips with how it worked)  but I think everyone who owns a Tumblr account and is becoming worried about the danger of its deactivation needs to be aware of this potential danger and be VERY wary of importing into Wordpress as a method of backing up Tumblr.

The Illustrated Instituion - And Other Tales

I don't have much time to say a lot at the moment but here’s one to whet your appetite taken from my ‘Illustrated Institution‘ project, which is exactly what it says on the label; basically an illustrated, simplified and abridged version of my much acclaimed INSTITUTIONALISED series.

You’ll have seen an early version of this before but I’ve done a lot more work on it since.  In particular it has taken an age to get the faces right.  Each is an amalgam made up from elements of several different faces to create new characters who never existed before, if you see what I mean.

Quite a lot of the other artwork will be based elements taken from the work of Angela Fox, similarly modified, and some elements will be coming from work I did for and with Roger Benson (though the later may appear in a separate book - we’ll see!).

This present offering MAY become the basis of the cover (minus the speech and the think bubble of course) depending on the feedback I receive; so let me know what you think; don’t be shy!

I have several written projects in the pipeline at the moment, including 'An Ordinary House'  - with which I am struggling with dialogue issues and which may end up with a different tittle - and 'Red Letter Days' - which at one time I was calling 'Hostage of Discipline' and which is a real complex thing that I started while on holiday back in 2014.

This latter tale has been more or less NEARLY in a publishable state for ages, and at present contains several of the themes and ideas which I originally started exploring in 'An Ordinary House', the trouble is I having been struggling to create an opening for it (I have about five part-written capremise of the story - and I want to avoid that non-linear storytelling style I've used before, hopping back and forth through time and between different geographical locations - but at the same time I want to be able to make clear early on to the reader both the kind of thing which awaits them further down the line while also making clear this is going to be anything but the standard D/S corporal punishment fare they might be expecting.  It's actually quite a difficult balance to achieve it turns out.
ndidates).  I want to spend time to develop the characters and locations and the

Anyway, I'll tell you more next time, but for now suffice it to say my aim is to get some part of this one out by my birthday - which incidentally is Saturday July 16th (I plan to be in Brighton either that weekend or the weekend after, so come meet me for a drink if you can!)

PS:  I've also been doing a bit more work on the SelectaCorp game project (see last entry), coming up with ideas and stuff which I hope has been useful - hopefully I'll have more to say on that too next time.

Bye for now.
