Strict nurses in polyester uniform dresses and latex and PVC aprons, young ladies returned to school uniform and strict boarding school discipline, curbed by restrictive corselets, plastic and rubber knickers and even diapers – others put in nylon prison dresses – still others placed in straightjackets. This is experiment psychology gone awry. An institution that is easy enough to join as a research volunteer, but not nearly so easy to leave – the girls kept incarcerated in the bowels of the secure psychiatric unit soon learn that after a hard caning in a straight jacket, a spanking over Matron’s knee or a few nights spent corner standing and denied sleep, they will sign anything.

Lovely, from now on all food will be liquidised, sure she cried as saw each tooth extracted, and not just from the pain.
I don't think there was any or much physical pain, Dh, but the psychological impact will have left her selfconfidence in tatters

I sort of thought it fitted well into the Lady2Maid concept, although it was inspired by a scene in a film which was set in a harem and which was actually shown on mainstream TV, except in the film a hammer and chisel was used
