...with a nod to Nurse X. It's another one of Angela Fox's AI generated images which I've done a bit of 'repair' work on and added a few bits and pieces to. it was the far away whistful look on the girl's face which gave me the idea - that and a couple of things Nurse X mentioned in the comments section of a post a while back.

Hi! I need to admit I enjoy these mental asylum images and captions most.
And the cruelty of the nurse is so... sophisticated. I can imagine the warm, comforting voice of the woman.
Plus there is this great contrast between the nurse's uniform and the patient's outfit.

Hi Garth, I love this picture — her facial expression is wistful and the contrast between her dark-coloured pretty panties and her white straightjacket is glorious. The fact she’s allowed to wear her own underwear rather than institution-issue brings a powerful sense of individuality to the image, though temporary because we know she’s about to become restricted again. The nurse is a lovely combination of prettiness and scariness.

The girl has a pert bottom — it would be lovely to see some neat stripes across it.

Hi! Your comments are great! Is there any chance to chat about your ideas?
Yeah. I do agree. The stripes.
Of course, chat away ….

Hi Kristina...Well the knickers are kind of accidental because the original image didn't have a crotch strap whereas to me a crotch strap is essential and I had to pluck an image from somewhere and the best I found had these plastic knickers. They had been light coloured but the crotch strap had been dark and I needed white to match the straitjacket so for quickness I inverted the colours.
Hi again Kristina....Re the underwear... Definitely NOT her own...No personal belongings allowed in the building! As regards the nurse..I just looked in closeup on my phone and her left eye looks to be missing its pupil.... now I'm going to have to go back and fix that...I wish I hadn't looked!
I didn’t want to mention the nurse’s left pupil - it makes her look like a mutant zombie, but if you’ve noticed it yourself, well, it’s too late, it needs to be fixed! Also: spelling of “suggest” needs work!

Well its's on the blog now but I think you'll find the nurse in the new version I've just posted to be a bit more appealing. I'm not sure about the face slapping and that she's had a dose of the cane. In hindsight I think her treatment perhaps ought to be restricted to simply being totaly ignored...Any thoughts?
Hi Garth, the face slap mark is super, very realistic; the cane marks are cute too.
Being totally ignored is a most effective punishment in my experience, it was certainly used on me to good effect when I was a child!
Maybe punishment is the wrong word, it’s “treatment”, right?

Hi there from The Mossy Well, Muswell Hill, London Kristina.... Yep! I'm on the ales again! So...hmmm... treatment or punishment...well that depends on one's point of view...I mean it might not even matter if in an institutional environment or as applicable to our three hapless kidnapped girlies, depending on what the kidnapers wish to achieve with them... Perhaps Nurse X might care to offer a viewpoint here?... BTW when are you going to write something for the blog, Kristina?
I'll leave it to Nurse X to provide a medical opinion, but in my view a nurse would never need to "punish" a female patient.
Not when there are so many wonderful opportunities for corrective training, guided rehabilitation, therapeutic programming, aversive stimulus learning, consequence focussed teaching, obedience development, compliance encouragement treatment and so on....
