This is the last three of the set I have. If you have the rest of this

not a French speaker (only JUST manage English - on a GOOD day!) I’ve
just done my best using Google translate and a bit of thought. It would
have been somewhat darker had it been one of my storylines! The French language originals are below.

I have never had to use a nappy but was made to wear one as part of my discipline together with toilet access restrictions and it is a humiliating indignity.

You are right it was part of a punishment.
Did it teach you the necessary lessons such that you behave as required now? or do you still need further discipline?
I am disciplined still if I misbehave but thankfully this rare. I have learnt some hard lessons, understand the consequences of misbehaviour and hence do everything to avoid misbehaving in any way.
